We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and courier services.
Please note: these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, holidays, customs).
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom, only.
If you would like to inquire about delivery to other countries, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Tracking Information
Most of our shipments are trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.
6. Shipping Issues & Damaged Orders
If you receive a package that is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@solveralondon.co.uk with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
7. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we may charge additional shipping fees to re-send the order.
8. International Orders & Customs
For international shipments outside the UK (e.g. to Belgium or the Netherlands), customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Solvera London is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
